Is it really necessary to restrict minimal length of title by 15 symbols? Maybe it’s made just to prevent uninformative titles but I think that our members are intelligent enough to pick the appropriate text

Hmm… I will put it at 5 symbols for now and see how that works 
. It is indeed to prevent uninformative titles, but at the same time I see how 15 could be annoying as your title right now is also not that long but totally fine.
