Neuro links and AGI controlled humans

One of our favourite person Elon Musk mentioned neurolinks which would connect us to our loved devices with neurons. That would be controlling your smarthphone with “thoughts”. We are already cyborgs since we started to use these smart devices but with the neurolinks we actually would be physically connected. Many benefits and many threats as well. What would be the benefits and dowm sides for this technology?

AGI could gain some access to humans with them? Since AGI would have huge amounts of knowledge about humans mind and chemistry, it could influence humans through these links.?

So how would they clear the screen? Or in this case clear the mind.

Cyber security is already a big issue. Neuralink should accelerate the interest in neuro-security, shouldn’t it? That sounds like a good thing, even if there might be some hiccups along the way.
I can start a list:
Benefit:
Greatly increased speed of interaction with our technology and internet
Threat:
Increases in disparity between the technology haves and havenots, which might continue to create socio-political tensions.
