The star ratings on https://beta.singularitynet.io/ should round to closest integer (if it is not possible to show partial stars). Currently it rounds down which, for one, is not correct and it also makes it basically impossible to get a five star rating if there’s any substantial number of votes.
I propose to apply the common rounding rules instead.
