In December, we witnessed the excitement and intrigue in the developer community regarding the SingularityNET platform when we held our inaugural developer workshop at the DevOps 2018 event.
We are excited to announce a series of meetups co-hosted with Nature 2.0 and Eterna Capital.

The Amsterdam Meetup
On the 29th of January 2019 , there will be a joint SingularityNET and Nature 2.0 meetup in Amsterdam. Nature 2.0 is an organization that advances the utilization of blockchain and AI to help create a more ecologically sustainable future. Arif Khan (VP of Marketing) and Ibby Benali (Marketing Manager) will be introducing you to concepts around the decentralization of AI for startups and social impact.
Apart from those looking to explore the applications and use cases of decentralized AI, the Amsterdam Meetup will also be of interest to those preparing to participate in the world’s biggest blockchain hackathon: Odyssey. At the end of our event, there will be room to pitch your ideas! Odyssey is giving away 200k in prize money , so we recommend that you show up to get your ideas cracked and critiqued by AI and Blockchain experts.
SingularityNET will kick start its UK Meetup campaign near the end of January. Eterna Capital, an investment firm that focuses on projects that utilize Distributed Ledger Technology, will be our co-host in the UK Meetup events.
The UK Meetup events are also being held in collaboration with the Oxford Guild, the Oxford Foundry, the University of Oxford, the University of Cambridge, the Cambridge University Engineering Society, the Cambridge Guild, Imperial College London Centre for Cryptocurrency Research and Engineering, and London Blockchain Labs.
Furthermore, we are thrilled to announce that Dr. Ben Goertzel, will be the lead keynote speaker in all of the UK Meetups! In these events, Dr. Ben Goertzel will offer a deep dive into how we are building the global AI brain with SingularityNET.
