Hi, new here, and no technical background, just a fanatic of thinking about the future and an entrepreneur.
Here my question for the experts: 1- Can I use blockchain to follow up events of people within an organization? For instance, can I use it to follow up customers interactions and or customers’ orders or cancellations?
2- Can I use AI to ‘read’ those blockchain databases and let’s say, develop customized reports?
