I thought I’d post this for some interesting discussion, although I’m not specifically sure where to put it, as it’s only related to one of my own projects, and not necessarily SingularityNet stuff. (Not yet anyway, still trying to learn the platform.) And not for a specific project at this point.
So yea, you can apparently go pretty far in terms of text to speech, in the Ruby programming language. This uses gabbler and espeak libraries in the ruby programming language. I did a reverb effect, and doesn’t sound like this natively when using espeak.
