When I signed up for KYC a few days ago, Utility Bill didn’t accept my verification. Yesterday, I received the following email, but it still requires verification. What should I do ?
" If you receive this email, it means that you have successfully passed the KYC challenge. Your proof of residency is no longer required and have been automatically validated. "

We removed that step as it was causing too many issues, and was only originally included as an extra layer of protection.
