Parenting plans and orders are notoriously difficult to enforce. This can have devastating impacts on children and parents. A community congress based blockchain with algorithm ic ai could put the process back with the family.
I think this would need institutional support.
I would like to start by development of a GUI for the project. This would incorporate full stack vertical slice and selectable horizontal slice. Any interested people?
