Many of us today can remember a time when a teacher would stand in front of a blackboard with a piece of chalk furiously writing out equations to be solved or paragraphs to be copied. None of us wanted to get on the wrong side of the teacher and risk feeling the sting of the heavy wooden board rubber which would come flying across the classroom if we should utter even one wrong word.
This outdated and primitive form of teaching and in relaying information thankfully gave way to the interactive whiteboard, where multimedia could be displayed and manipulated which opened up a world of possibilities.
